Physical Inventory Adjustment

After posting physical Inventory adjustment entries. Multiple transactions are creating for multiple serial numbers for the same item.

For Example: Serial numbers are tracked as individual lines, if I have 10 serial number for same item system create 10 individual line in Inventory transaction history.

Is that possible to have a single entry after posting adjustment?
