Disable Load option from Supply Planning using roles and privileges.

We have observed that the users are getting access to Load option via Supply Planning > Manage Plans > Actions > Load. This functionality is not required by the client and wants this to be disabled using the roles and privileges. As a result, the users are getting locked out from the Supply plan and IT had to rerun the plan to release the error. Please let us know the privileges that grants access to this task.
