How to setup netting rule in such a way that all supplies except onhand matches demand value?

Plan type : Constrained Attribute Based Supply Plan

Below is the sample screenshot of netting rule defined.

We are not planning to update the "attribute" value for onhand. Is it possible to exclude only "onhand" supply from this netting rule so that onhand can be used for any demand with any "attribute".

Supplies other than onhand should match with demand attribute.
