Writeback budgets from EPM to Budgetary control without syncing with General Ledger

We want to Writeback budgets from EPM to Budgetary control without syncing with General Ledger.

In Oracle documents it says;

The write back to Oracle General Ledger is also automatically performed for you when you write back budget to Budgetary Control.

Is it possible to skip this process? We want budgets to be loaded only to Budgetary control.
