Summary: In Oracle Fusion HCM Recruiting and Core HR, we are exploring whether it's possible for hiring managers to convert pending workers themselves, rather than relying on the auto convert process currently handled by Core HR.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Our goal is to empower hiring managers to convert pending worker records directly. Currently, our process allows hiring managers to view job requisitions, but once a candidate is moved to the HR phase, a job is scheduled to auto-convert the pending worker based on the start date.

We identified an option within the recruiting workflow to prevent the move to HR, allowing for manual conversion. However, it has been challenging to enable the line manager to effectively perform this task.
