IDR workflow email being rejected following 24C implementaiton

Following the implementation of 24C

Our designated email (provided by Oracle) for IDR is sending a rejection to the Supplier.

Supplier sent 4 emails to our nominated business email address to upload to cloud.

We have received all 4 emails.

However, the supplier received a bounce back rejection email for each of them to say delivery failed.
