RMCS Contract is Stuck in Pending Allocation

Summary:

We are integrating Oracle Contract Management with RMCS and want the revenue recognition to be based on % completion. The contract has got created in in RMCS and is in pending allocation status with reason ' SSP not available'. The requirement we have is to have the SSP amount same as the Unit selling price. How can this be achieved automatically same as the unit selling price/line amount of the contract line from Contracts Management module.

Please note that we don't have inventory module in implementation, and the contract line created is (Free Form, Project) in contracts module which when imported to RMCS module is getting created as Fixed Contract Memo Line for the contract line in RMCS.
