Password Policy related Queries

Hi team,

My customer wants to know while setting Password Policy for the fusion system does it cater to the below ones:
check if the application could monitor and enforce following characteristics required by Policy-

1. Not containing the username in Passord
2. Very common or easily guessed terms
3. Possibility to the application to auto-generate and propose a robust password
