REDWOOD - Family and Emergency Contact - New Contact - Control 'Basic Info' Fields which Appear?

Summary:

With Redwood, when creating a New Contact in 'Family and Emergency Contacts' the fields appearing in the page's 'Basic Info' section vary widely depending on country (see example 'New Contact' images below for Germany, Netherlands, Slovakia, UK and US). VBS does not apparently provide any way to show/hide these fields to make them consistent (see last VBS image below): only one Basic Info 'Enter Local Info' field is available but hidden by default.

Is VBS currently missing a DDF section? Or is there some way (VBS or otherwise) to control the visibility of the Basic Info fields? This is especially needed for Germany, which has two unlabeled inputs.
