Amortization Start Date is not available for exempt lease in secondary ledger

Summary:

I am facing an issue in using "Exempt" feature Oracle recently introduced in 24C release. Because of historical reasons we are maintaining two leases for the same floor lease (one in USGAAP - Primary ledger) and other in IFRS (Secondary ledger). This is because lease start date and ROU FX rate is different.

This lease is created as migrated lease in USGAAP (exempt as IFRS). I could create it as migrated lease and update ROU balance and FX rate as well.

However when same lease is created as primary accounting classification as "Exempt" and Secondary classification as "IFRS", system does not give option to select amortization start date. Due to this I am unable to migrate this lease please advise. I was expecting same behaviour (like USGAAP lease).
