Human Resource Analyst Role with Edit Access to Person Address

Summary:

We need to create a custom role that is derived from the Human Resource Analyst role which has read/view only access to person information. However, the requirement is that although this is a read/view only role, it should be able to edit the person address. We have already added the Change Person Address duty role to the custom role but it is still not allowing us to edit a person address.
