Redwood: Manager - Team Learning : Access denied to Learning Items
Summary:
Hello,
we have enabled Redwood for Learning module and we noticed that when we sign into the system from a Manager user (My Team> Learning) and we select a Direct Report to view their Learning Record, every time we try to open a Learning Item it says that we "Don't have permission to access this Learning".
We followed the same path from our super user and we are able to view all Team's Learnings.
Are we missing any privilege for the Manager Role specifically or does this have to do with the configuration of the Learning Items access?
2. Furthermore, when we click on the Switch Team button, the window keeps loading, but from the super user we don't have this issue.
