Hello experts, we have created a custom role (BI-Abstract) that allows users to create reports. We have kept the security profiles of this role blank, but we do not understand how the visibility works in this case: what data the users will be able to retrieve when create report with any subject area? Because in some cases, it seems he is able to view everyone using some subject areas, in some others cases he is not able to retrieve any data using a different subject area. Does anyone have experienced the same situation? Thanks in advance. Best regards.
