How to Setup a Scheduler to Call an Agent that will Run an Integration to External System?

Summary:

Hi, I have a requirement to setup a scheduler that will call on an agent. This agent's actions will run a gate out process for the Shipment transaction, send an integration of the transaction and update an attribute to Y after it successfully sends the integration.

I am using the Data Query menu to try to schedule the agent. (Navigation: Business Process Automation > Process Management > Data Query). The process
successfully runs the gate out process and updates the attribute to Y, but when I checked on Transmission Manager for the integration, it returns an ERROR status.

Is there any steps that I missed when I created the scheduler for this agent?
