Seeded Picking Rule: Last In First Out

The seeded rule setup that we've for LIFO is contradictory, it says "Absolute LIFO" & when we dig into the Material Sorting criteria of this rule, it implies FIFO setups. Please refer the screenshot attached.

What is the difference between LIFO & FIFO, if the screenshot attached is what LIFO means.
