Is it possible to mark a rate record so that it is only valid for Pakaging Unit and not for THU?

I have some rate records that only apply to packaging units, not to THU. I expected there to be a checkbox in Rate Record or Rate Offering for which unit type it applies to. I can't find anything similar under conditions.

Is there an alternate solution?
