Split Sourcing rules resulting in multiple Planned orders for same Supplier in Supply planning

Summary:

We are facing an issue with Split Sourcing , currently we have Split sourcing for few items in assignment set.

When Planned orders are recommending it resulting in the multiple Planned orders

for fulfilling the Work order demand. Please refer attached Screenshot.

Client Expects- Planned order should be combined to meet the demand.

Note- we are using attribute based netting rule applied in Plan ( It has Attributes-Project and Parent Work Order coming from work order).

is the attribute based netting rule is cause for this behavior for multiple planned orders.
