How to Update BPA Status, category name and BU ?

I have to update several data in Blanket Purchase Agreement and I don't know how it could be done :

1) I would like to update the status of a Blanket Purchase Agreement from open to hold and hold to open, how can I do that ?

2) I would like to update contract lines category name and it is said that I have to disable it and create another one : how to disable a line ?

3) I would like to enable and and disable BU : how can I do this through FBDI or API ?
