HR benchmarking data - best practices
Hello All
We have recently been requested to pull HR bench-marking data, so we can do some analysis on KPIs and metrics that represent the typical performance within our sector. By comparing these data points with our own, we want to assess how we stack up against our peers and identify opportunities for growth. We are in the Construction sector.
Our main bench-marking need is around Global HR metrics - Core HR, Absence Analytics. We are aware many companies use Gartner for such metrics with a paid subscription, so just wanted to get an understanding if anyone has any insights on best practice, or other providers they use in the Analytics space.
