How do I find out by inspecting our environment, what the most recently applied CWB was?

Summary:

Before we switched over to OCI infrastructure in May 2024, we were always notified via email what specific CWB would be applied with each quarterly update. But since May 2024, the notifications have stopped telling us anything specific about what maintenance packs are being applied with each release.

There are definitely hints in Oracle's documentation and emails, that the standard policy is now to apply the monthly maintenance-pack roll-up for the month in which the update occurs. So we think that along with 24C, we probably got the August monthly rollup (containing CWB items through the middle of July). But we'd like to be able to confirm this directly by looking somewhere in the application.
