Issues login in to HCM after 24C?

Is anyone else having issues with users not being able to access their accounts using username and password. They are getting the credentials are invalid error message when they are not. We have noticed that clearing the cache works but some are having to do it more than once. The issue seems to have started after the push of 24C.
