How to restrict the supplier site name length to 15 characters

Before 24C Oracle used to cut down the supplier site name to 15 characters on its own, now after 24C upgrade this is not done, as the limit has been increased due to which integrations are failing. How can I restrict the Supplier site name length to 15 characters.
