Receive lpn in drop location using API

Summary:

Currently we use the API "/lgfapi/v10/entity/iblpn/receive/" but this API requires that the parameter "recv_dock_nbr_or_location_barcode" must be fullfilled with a dock location. Because certain business rules, we require to receive the LPN directly un a drop location, because we use MHE systems.

We assume that the previous version of the API (that apparently fullfill this requirement) was deprecated (Deprecation Of Legacy APIs From OCWMS 22B Version (Doc ID 2863496.1))

We are in 24C.09m version.

If there were a way to recieve LPNs directly in a drop zone, it would be very helpful, because it would save the appointment creation and check in.
