Ability to search payment terms in ECM - buy contracts

Summary: Client is live in Oracle Cloud. They use enterprise contracts for their blanket agreements and have two issues. One - they have hundreds of payment terms and when they click on the payment term field, the field is not searchable. They have to scroll and scroll to get the to right payment term. The second issue is when they fulfill a blanket agreement from contracts, the Contract Number does not default in the Blanket agreement. There is a Master Contract field in the header and Contract Number under Additional Information. Why is the contract number not populating from ECM?
