Online Create Accounting - Incorrectly Errors

Has anyone encountered following:

  1. Run online create accounting in Manage Project Cost
  2. error condition, such as missing code combination makes accounting error
  3. add code combination in a seperate session
  4. run online create accounting and it errors
  5. immediately run process to Create accounting and no error as there should not be since code combo issue resolved

The issue is that in #4 above, the error should not come again but it does incorrectly. Anyone encounter this and resolve why if so?
