Privilege required to view Uninvoiced Period End Receipt Accruals report 24B

As per 24B release notes ( ), one of below seeded roles is required to view the Uninvoiced Period End Receipt Accruals report in OTBI:

Cost Accountant

Receipt Accounting

We wish to grant users that do not have either of above seeded roles access to this report, therefore we wish to know the specific privilege(s) required to view this report. Thanks in advance!
