setup an account rule for the purchasing category

Hi Experts,

I am trying to setup a condition for a purchasing mapping setup. The logic is when the project is null, and the category is Office equipment rental or leasing services, and the service period is less than 12 months. Please kindly refer to the below, I have no idea what is the field name for service start date and Service End DATE in the database, can you please help me out?

After I know the field name, how to populate the condition? for example: service end date - service start date ⇐ 12 months.
