Issue with AOR showing all HR Organisational data and not just data specific to the AOR

Hello,

We are trying to setup AOR's for our various HR Trusts via Organisation. Unfortunately our efforts still bring back all Organisational data when running OTBI reports and not just specific to that AOR.

A example of what we are doing would be the following:

AOR Responsibility name assigned to customer

= Sports and Leisure Trust
AOR Responsibility Type = Business Representative
Work contacts = include in work contacts
From Date = 12/09/2024

AOR Scope of responsibility
Heirarchy Type = Organisation
Heirarchy Name = Fife Council Org Tree
Top Organisation = Sports and Leisure Trust
Include top Organisation = ticked
