Unable to Modify Cost Clearing Combination in Tax Books Due to Missing Payables Cost Source

We are unable to modify the cost clearing combination to differ from the default category in tax books due to the absence of a payables cost source. In the SLA, we adjust the cost clearing combination to reflect the payables cost combination, which is filled in from a spreadsheet. While the payables combination is correctly applied in the corporate book, when we copy the mass addition to the tax book, it defaults to the original combination instead of using the modified one.
