change accounting rule to Daily rate partial period from immediate

Summary:

we have few OM lInes created for Subscription Items in oracle r12. due to improper Item master setup they got created in OM with Immidiate accounting rule. when they were interfaced to RMCS they got created in RMCS with Immidiate rule as well with Qauntity Based satisfaction event. they got recognized as being immediate in RMCS.

we want to correct these lines to change the satisfaction to period. we executed the FBDI correction for L with version update. also we reveresed out the satisfaction line. however the measurement model is not getting updated to Period and stays as Quantity. also the rule start and end dates are not reflecting the values in front end.
