Create Internal Requisition

Hello, I have the following scenario:

the client wants to create an internal requisition, which means to create a purchase requisition, with source type as inventory - not supplier, the source should be the subinventory, and the destination type is expense.

Is this currently feasible? if yes, what are the required setups?
