How to set default Workspace in VBS?

Summary:

I have a project with two workspaces (why I have two workspaces-I am not sure).

One workspace, Workspace HCM, has been my primary workspace and is where all of the business rules and configuration has taken place.

The other workspace, Workspace 1, exists for unknown reasons and does not contain much configuration, if any.

Previously when selecting 'Edit page in Visual Builder' I was taken to my primary workspace, Workspace HCM. Now all of a sudden, I am always taken to Workspace 1, which is undesired.

Other than deleting Workspace 1, is there a way I can set Workspace HCM as my primary, default workspace that opens after I select 'Edit page in Visual Builder'?
