Tax Simulator doesnt show any rules or calculation

Summary:

The Tax Simulator isn’t calculating tax or displaying any rules, even though valid rules exist. The same set of rules and configurations worked previously and is functioning for other business units. However, troubleshooting is difficult because the simulator shows no information - everything is blank for the Tax rate enabled for Transactions and Simulation. please suggest
