Projected start date field in OTBI showing incorrect value

The Projected Start Date in the OTBI Recruiting Real Time subject area doesn't appear to be pulling accurate data. We tried changing time zones but at the end of the day, the data should always show information based upon when the employee locally is going to start. In the attachment below, we are getting 2 different projected start date under different time zones. The user's time zone is under GMT.

Why is there a variance in both the fields?

As the Projected Start Date Column 1 is showing correct value under date format: Data time zone, is there a way we can remove the time stamp from the data time zone similar as default to use it?

Howdy, Stranger!
