Best Fit Analyses with only skills evalutations from supervisor

Hello,

we note that in the Best fit analysis, to find the job that best suits a profile, all the skills and qualifications come into play.
For example, we have supervisor, self, official, etc. skills. We would like only the assessments from the evaluation forms, i.e. the supervisor's assessments, to come into play in this best fit analysis. If a person enters an evaluation themselves we want to exclude it from the best-fit analysis. How can we do it?
