Project Cost Distribution table not populated with code combination for Payables

Project Cost Distribution table [pjc_cost_dist_lines_all] is not populating code combinations [raw_cost_dr_ccid, raw_cost_cr_ccid] for costs imported from Payables. For costs accounted in source application, these accounts used to get populated few years ago. If anyone has further information on why these fundamental columns are not populated now, or if there is any configuration that can help populating these columns, please share.

Costs Distributions User Interface does render the accounting information. Most likely the UI is querying Payables Subledger Accounting to fetch the information. This works well for querying one or limited transactions, but not very efficient if we have to query the distribution information for thousands of Supplier Costs from Projects area.
