How the transfer price determined from Internal Requisition if the item is costed at subinventory

Summary:

Hi Guru,

We have an question regarding how the transfer price will be determined from the internal requisition page, below here is how the configuration is done from our instance:

1. we have our item costed at subinventory level where under the same org(CTDI Logan Swedesboro, NJ), we have two subinventories: NED-Main and CPE-Main, from costing config they belong to two different valuation unit and has different perpetual average cost(Valuation Unit 000023 and 000026):

2. Now when I try to create an internal requisition and choose this org as the source org, system will derive the transfer price from the first valuation unit(item cost used in NED-Main) :
