Smartview Member Selection Refresh to Update Member Name for Duplicated Name

Summary:

Our company has shared or duplicated number among different segments of COA. It leads to that when duplicated account value appears, finance needs to manually reselect the Member Name in case of Error 1020098. Finance would like to save this manual work. If there is any way to Smartview can refresh the data automatically to save manual work?
