PDH PROD - Module Third Party Rules Broken

Summary:

The Third-Party P.O Required field on the Module Item records is defaulting to = NO. This field should be mandatory if the Third Party Indicator = YES and null if the Third Party Indicator - NO.

The Third-Party Indicator is mandatory population with LOV choices of YES or NO.

RULE 1 - If the Third-Party Indicator is set to = YES, the following fields are MANDATORY population.

a - Third Party Name

b - Third Party Identifier

c - Third Party Revenue Type Code

d - Third Party P.O. Required Indicator

RULE 2 - If the Third-Party Indicator is set to = NO, PDH should PREVENT the following fields from being populated.
