Cannot see folders in the file browser in data exchange but visible in DM? Here is a solution!!!

Summary:

Issue: Non Admin users cannot see the folders in the file browser, in data exchange, while they can see all the folders in the Data Management, this occurs after the location security is enabled in data management.

Observation:

As per our observation, once the location security is enabled, and later if any new location is created two objects are automatically created, an access control group DM_<Location name>_Run (Prefix & suffix configured in the location security) & a folder in the file browser based on the location name.

If there were locations which were already present, it will not create associated folders in file browser in Data Exchange hence the issue.
