Project Health Notes Query

We are using Project Performance Dashboard / Overal Project Health Notes

When we add a Project Health Note and then attempt to query, the search seems to have a bug and does not retrieve results. The only time results are retrieved are if querying on the specific date the note was entered. The KPI generate also creates an entry in this list so it's hard to know which date.

Curious if others are using health notes as well and what your experience is. It seems this is a bug. We have logged an SR but due to the slow nature of assessing, am reaching out to community to see what your experience may be. Thank you.
