EDMCS Audit Transaction History results not visible (known issue)

Summary:

I did not find the answer in the Community and submitted an SR. Posting the details and Oracle response here in case anyone is looking for it.

The EDMCS Audit Transaction History screen results used to be visible 10-15 lines at a time. Now (since 24.09 release?) the scroll bar is too high and no results are visible. I can see a fraction of each line. I checked both Chrome and Edge browsers, Prod and Test environments. Same results everywhere.
