Weblogic Error

Since the September 2024 patch, every day at 3:30 PM EST our jobs that we are running through the EPM integration agent begin failing.

The error we receive is below:

EPMAT-1:java.lang.Exception: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool EPMSystemRegistry to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry..

Doesn't appear this is something we as a customer can change, additionally we have issues logging in through SmartView and the web client in general. if you do get in, you'll get some type of error preventing you from doing anything or it will spin repeatedly. We thought it was related to the recent incidents, and applied the one-off patch 24.09.79 in our test environment. but after running our jobs for 12 hours, the same behavior started again, i started the jobs at 6 PM EST and around 6 AM EST everything falls apart.
