Root Cause of Metadata Synchronization Issues

Summary:

While creating the metadata members in Account dimension outside the BS hierarchy, we are experiencing an out-of-sync issue, which prevents us from inputting data. Interestingly, there are no metadata validation errors and when viewing it on Ad Hoc, it refreshes but displays a blank row.

Have you ever encountered out-of-sync problems with metadata members? If so, how did you tackle the issue. I would like to gain insight into the root cause of this issue.
