Oracle Pricing Administration Configuration Differnce between two Instances

We have Pricing configured for each Customer with their rates as part of Pricing Administration setup(Order Management-->Pricing Administration).

We noticed that the backend table entries(qp_matrix_rules) were different between SAAS Instance1 and Instance2.
The backend table entry for Revenue Potential is getting populated in Value_String3 in Instance1 where as in Instance2 it is getting populated at Value_String6

• We would like to know how the backend table entries for VALUE_STRING columns are determined for Pricing segments such as Revenue Potential, Cost to Serve, Customer Value, Customer Rating etc.
• Is there any setup/config page where Price Segments (Revenue Potential, Cost to Serve, Customer Value, Customer Rating etc.) backend table entry can be configured?
