Unable to access Usage Metrics Drill-Through Report

Dear Concern,

We have purchased cloud services through a resell/partner model (i.e. partner users) and now when searching found that some users are getting an error message saying "Since you bought the subscription through an Oracle partner, Usage Page is currently not supported. Please contact your oracle partner for assistance." but we are not sure if this also happens for us as well. kindly look into our case and share the root cause.

Please let us know if there is any alternative obtaining Usage Reports, anywhere?
