Can we modify the base index value via Lease Amendment from UI?

Summary:

We have loaded a Lease via FBDI where we have put a value for Base Index. But we actually are looking for option where we can update the value of Base Index from UI to a new value. Please let us know is it possible? We tried the same from UI but it seems column is greyed out for us. The Value for base index which we loaded via FBDI


we want to change this value from UI via Lease amendment or any other possible option. And it is a requirement for us.

Hope my question is clear. Please help me out and let me know if it is achievable.
