Can you please help me understand how the Oracle Cloud Licensing works ? Like if my client wants to implement Oracle Finance Cloud , SCM Cloud , Risk Cloud and Procurement Cloud , how will they know what licenses to purchase ? How is price calculated ? Is it per job role or per user ? Is there any document available? Please help.
