Prorate Convention is not showing up in drop down when setting of Asset Categories

Summary

Trying to setup asset categories. Prorate convention and Retirement convention drop down is not showing any values. Confirmed reference data set and noticed that the RDS assigned at Prorate Convention was Common and in Asset Books Control it was Enterprise. Modified the setup at asset book control level to match the RDS with Prorate Convention setup as Common Set. Still the drop down is not showing any values when configuring asset categories. Is there any other setup I am missing
