Hello,

We'd like to understand under what conditions would the plan offload to an alternate resource when primary resource is not over loaded. Prebuild, overload primary resource and then offload to alternate resource is what should ideally happen. But we do see some cases where prebuild hasnt happened, nor is the primary resource overloaded, nor any compression days exist for the Planned order supplies, yet alternate resource is being used. We have a constrained supply plan
